Oglinzile, marmura, \u0219emineul s\u0103pat \u00een piatr\u0103 erau expresia rafinamentului \u0219i bunului gust. \u00cen jurul holului central de la parter erau dispuse vestibulul, biblioteca, salonul, salona\u0219ul, sufrageria cu oficiile anexe, precum \u0219i dormitoarele p\u0103rin\u021bilor \u0219i cele ale copiilor, cu \u00eenc\u0103peri de toalet\u0103. La mezanin erau birourile \u00eentreprinderii. Aici \u00eenc\u0103perile aveau o ornamenta\u021bie mai simpl\u0103. Cl\u0103direa avea o func\u021biune mixt\u0103 \u2013 locuin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i sediu de \u00eentreprindere particular\u0103, \u0219i o form\u0103 aproape p\u0103trat\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t fiecare dintre laturile sale s\u0103 poat\u0103 constitui c\u00e2te o fa\u021bad\u0103 deschis\u0103 spre str\u0103zile Apolodor, Col. Poenaru Bordea \u0219i Sf.
